Optic Nerve Response Review

For the past couple of months, I’ve had the opportunity to test the Optic Nerve Response. I’ve used it not only for mountain biking but for driving and all outdoor recreation when sun glasses were needed. I’ve had corrective laser eye surgery so I’m really picky when it comes to choosing my sun glasses. I believe that sun glasses should not only look good but actually perform as intended.

The Response’s lenses automatically adjusts to darken or lighten depending on the amount of sun light or UV exposure. That means no extra lenses needed to change out from. At the same token, no extra lenses needed to keep up with. An even added bonus is that it’s impact resistant with 100% UV protection.

I was able to use the Optic Nerves Response for mountain biking, commuting, on leisure afternoon rides, and on a heart pounding midnight rides without having to worry about changing lenses and any annoying fog up issues. MSRP of $59. Not a bad deal if you ask me. I used to pay double for one of those glasses with the “O�.

The only weakness I found is using it when driving. The Response does not get as dark as it should because the windshield and windows of your car is already blocking out some of the UV rays. But having extra protection could never hurt.
