Do you shave your legs?

If you’re a woman, ya. But I found that it really isn’t all that necessary. A few years ago, I used to shave my legs in hopes that it would cut down on wind resistance (ya right) and if I were to crash, cleaning the wound would be easier and it decreases the chances of infection. Well truth be told, I just liked the way my legs looked and felt without hair. After a while the hassle of shaving got the best of me and decided to let them grow. I actually don’t miss it much.

So my question is, Are you a mountain biker, if so, do you shave your legs?

Yes I am a mountain biker and no I don’t shave..

I have found that the mtb’ers I know who shave would split their riding between road and dirt… Something like a 50/50 split. I don’t know any dirt only riders who shave.

p.s. Nice photo.. crocs and hotpants… that guy is a singlet away from a hooters Halloween outfit 😀

I don’t even like shaving my face… I’m not about to shave my legs! I’ve injured myself plenty of times and have never felt like leg hair was a major factor in treating an injury.
