Not sure if you have been keeping up with the news in SoCal, but we’ve got some major fires going on right now that has wreaked some havoc on our air quality.
According to AQMD.gov, the current air quality is at “Unhealthy” meaning they recommend you don’t do anything other than sit. Its a bit of a bummer when you want to train for a race. The nasty air leaves you feeling sick and winded. In fact, the fire is a fair distance from where I live, but I can see ash falling. Not a good thing to be breathing in if you ask me.
So for now, I’m going to do some pushups and sit ups and check out MtnBikeRiders.com and BikeCommuters.com. I’ll also watch a few videos on youtube. But if you’re not affected by all this nasty air, shoot, go for a ride!
