Having a hard time clipping in and out of your SPD pedals?
If loosening your tension screws on your pedals just isn’t helping. Perhaps trying some lube would help. I used Boeshield on my pedals and they felt great right after. Just make sure you get the lube right where the arrows are showing because that’s where your cleat would be hitting the pedal the most.
