You’ve seen some of the pictures and RL is working on some cool video. Our goal was to experience a 24 hour event, make friends and have a lot of fun.
Here’s the cookmeister grillin’ some awesome BBQ ribs.
I can really say that we succeeded in all counts. We are also happy to report that the ride raised a good chunk of moola for the Tara Llanes recovery fund (82 entries @ 40 bucks, you do the math…) RL, Lance and I completed 3 laps and were really happy with it. The cool thing about the 24 hours of Fullerton is that it doesn’t matter how many laps you do, it is all in the spirit of having fun, and fun we had!

Just in case you are wondering, the winner finished 17 laps (that’s 204 miles) and set a new record. Many thanks to the people that made it happen, and we are hoping to be there next year!
