No mountain biking for me during this pandemic

This Covid-19 pandemic is really turning the world upside down and that includes riding my mountain bike. Authorities said that it was OK to hike, walk and ride a bike outside so guess what? everybody and their dog was outside on the trails!!!

Anyhow, I’ve seen a lot of people using latex gloves but did you know that there is a proper way to remove them without getting contaminated? This video was suggested to me by a lifeguard who also happens to be my daughter:
