Riding Solo

NOTE TO SELF: Invite 10 women next time so at least one shows up.

So it was kind of a bummer to get those cancellation phone calls at 6:45am this morning. I am sure you have all been there yourself. Stuff happens, but I still went out and had myself a good time. So this morning I loaded up and took Moe’s sweet Gary Fisher Cobia out for a spin. Oh yah, thanks for sharing Moe! 😉

I couldn’t resist. I wanted to know what the big hoopla is over these 29inch wheels.

All I have to say is WOW. This is a fun bike! The ride was so exhilarating! It’s been awhile since I have yelled and woo hoo’d like that out on the trail. The deeper drops were the best! Felt like a roller coaster drop! Good times. 🙂

The bike started making me feel a little invincible so I thought I’d tackle this hill. Well, it’s going to take more than 29inch wheels to get me up this hill. Better luck next time. Even this random guy had a hard time so I didn’t feel so bad. 🙂
