To PEDAL or not to PEDDLE….

Articles Main Mountain Biking

I need to get this off my chest. The word is PEDAL, not PEDDLE. Please get it right. Too many of you on facebook keep saying it like this…”I just peddle on…” or “I peddle hard…” Just to help you out, here’s the definition of PEDDLE: ped·dle

/ˈpedl/
Verb

Try to sell (something, esp. small goods) by going from house to house or place to place.
Sell (an illegal drug or stolen item).

Synonyms
hawk

So unless you’re selling stuff, then it’s PEDDLE. But if you’re describing your ride or anything that has to do with bicycles, it’s PEDAL!!!!
