Too tired to ride?

You ever feel too tired to ride? All you want to do is sleep or stay home.
Tony Finch demonstrating what tired looks like.

I’m sure you’ve had your off days when you get into a funk and don’t want to ride because your body feels super tired. But guess what, a tired body needs to move to be untired. Wow that sounded like it came from a fortune cookie. It’s true though, the days that I didn’t want to ride, I’d force myself to get out on the trail and sure enough by mile 2, I’m fired up, smiling and having a great time.

Try it, if you’re in a funk, all that exercise will do you good!

That’s also when you’ll get the most benefit from your ride. You’ll gain the most endurance and strength if you push hard when you’re tired.
